Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Tee Box Bets mobile application operated by Antonio Belmonte ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Tee Box Bets is a golf scoring, handicap tracking, and friendly competition game app. The app includes games such as Skins, Vegas, Nassau, Wolf, Baseball, Bingo Bango Bongo, Dots, 9-Point, Sixes, and Net Battle. All monetary amounts within the app represent friendly wagers between consenting users and are not facilitated, processed, or guaranteed by Tee Box Bets.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Starter — No Ads Forever

• Type: One-time purchase
• Price: $2.99
• Content: Permanently removes all advertisements from the app. No recurring charges.

Pro Monthly

• Type: Auto-renewable subscription
• Price: $4.99 per month
• Content: Advanced betting stats, player vs player money tracking, handicap trend chart, no ads, and up to 5 saved groups.

Pro Yearly

• Type: Auto-renewable subscription
• Price: $49.99 per year (equivalent to $4.17/month — save 2 months)
• Content: Same as Pro Monthly, billed annually.

Elite Monthly

• Type: Auto-renewable subscription
• Price: $9.99 per month
• Content: Full betting history, unlimited saved groups, and everything included in Pro.

Elite Yearly

• Type: Auto-renewable subscription
• Price: $99.99 per year (equivalent to $8.33/month — save 2 months)
• Content: Same as Elite Monthly, billed annually.

4. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, payment will be charged to your account at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any friendly wagers made using the app comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer

Tee Box Bets does not process, hold, or transfer any money between users. All financial transactions between users are conducted independently. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from friendly wagers between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tee Box Bets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
