Tee Box Bets ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Tee Box Bets mobile application.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
• Profile Data: Golf handicap index, round history, and scoring statistics you choose to enter.
• Betting Data: Betting game results, wager amounts, and player ledgers from games you participate in. We do not process any actual financial transactions.
• Saved Data: Player names, group names, and payment app handles (Venmo, CashApp, etc.) you choose to save for convenience.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage information to improve performance and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To sync your data across devices when you are signed in
• To display your personal golf statistics and betting history
• To restore your data if you reinstall the app
• To provide customer support
• To improve the app experience

3. Payment Apps & Financial Information

Tee Box Bets does not process, store, or transmit any payment card information, bank account details, or financial transactions. When you tap a payment button (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal), you are redirected to that third-party app to complete any transaction independently. We only store usernames/handles you voluntarily save for convenience.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in two places:

• On your device: Locally in the app using standard device storage.
• On our servers: If you create an account, your data is synced to Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

If you use the app without creating an account, all data stays on your device only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase – Cloud database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Google AdMob – Advertising for free tier users (policies.google.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat – In-app purchase management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Golf Course API – Course data lookup (golfcourseapi.com)

6. Advertising

Free tier users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Users who purchase a paid subscription will not see ads.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Service providers listed above who help us operate the app
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

8. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Local device data can be cleared by uninstalling the app. We will delete server-side data within 30 days of a deletion request.

9. Children's Privacy

Tee Box Bets is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
